Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Some exclusions may apply.
What is the shipping cost to my address?
Orders ship free after $100 in purchases. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $6.99.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
After ordering, a confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you. Please be sure to check your spam folder if it does not show in your inbox.
Can I make changes after submitting an order?
Immediately, after orders are submitted, processing starts immediately. Please contact us within two hours to make any changes. However, due to the above, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed.
Please review items in your cart (size/color) before submitting your order. Make sure that your billing/shipping address is correct.
What happens when I complete my order?
After your order is submitted, it may take 7-10 Business days for your Being Me. Boutique order to be processed and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Your order will be received within 10 -15 business days unless unavoidable circumstances out of our control interferes with delivery times. Items are shipped from our suppliers.
Can you ship my order to a PO box address?
Yes, we can ship to P O Boxes. USPS is the carrier for our shipping. However, we only ship to physical address outside of the United States.
What is the shipping time to a US address?
To speed up the shipping time your order will be sent directly from our supplier.
7 – 10 business for order processing/shipping.
10 - 15 business days for arrival.
Sometimes it may take a little longer due to circumstances out of our control. We apologize if your order reaches you outside of our timeframe.
Please note that a global pandemic caused by the COVID-19 outbreak may affect the shipping time of your order. Due to logistic delays, your order may arrive later than scheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times.

Do items ship separately?
Sometimes. If orders are shipping from various vendors, they may be delivered separately.
If shipping items in multiple shipments have to occur, please don’t panic - the rest of your order is on the way to you! We appreciate your patience.
My order arrived damaged; what can I do?
Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of confirmation of delivery. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately.
Can I return the items I bought?
We want to ensure everyone is satisfied with our products. If you don’t like your purchase please contact us for return details. We accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery date. All returned items must be in the original condition, with tags. Once the return is processed a customer receives an email with a store credit for the amount of the item(s) returned.
Please note: Custom and made-to-order sales are non-refundable and final. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless damage of an item was received.
Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Can I exchange the items I bought?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size or style you may within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the original condition, with tags.
To make an exchange contact us with the name of the item, size, color you wish to exchange to. All exchanges are subject to availability.
